Customer information
Pursuant to Article 21 (1) para. 1) of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, we hereby inform you as follows:
- The total price (including delivery costs) of the goods ordered via the online shop operating at www.box.biobazar.org.pl (the “Online Store“), as well as the selected method and date of payment, are stated in the order confirmation;
- Lead time for orders placed via the Online Store: from 1 day to 30 days from the day the order is placed, depending on the Customer’s indication. Orders with next-day delivery can be placed until 4 p.m. Deliveries shall be made on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. Personal collection of ordered Goods can take place during BioBazaar’s opening hours in the Norblin Factory complex in Warsaw at Żelazna 51/53 (Tuesday – Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.);
- In all matters related to making transactions via the Online Store, the Customer may contact the Seller as follows:
- The online Store is operated by MyEcolife Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (00-841) at ul. Żelazna 51/53, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000307724, NIP: 527-257-50-59 (“Seller“);
- Complaints about goods purchased through the Internet Store should be filed:

c. via e-mail: kontakt@box.biobazar.org.pl ; - Complaint handling procedure:
a. sent to MyEcolife Sp. z o.o., ul. Żelazna 51/53, 00-841 Warsaw, or
b. sent to the following e-mail address: kontak@box.biobazar.org.pl. - We would like to inform you about the possibility to use out-of-court ways of dealing with complaints about goods, e.g. by filing an application for mediation or an application for consideration of a case before an amicable court by the Customer at the end of the complaint procedure (the application can be downloaded from the website: http://www.uokik.gov.pl/download.php?plik=6223) The list of Permanent Consumer Arbitration Courts operating at Provincial Inspectorates of Trade Inspection is available at: http://www.uokik.gov.pl/wazne_adresy.php#faq596 Out-of-court settlement of claims after the complaint procedure is free of charge;
- The goods ordered are covered by a warranty;
- The delivered goods are free of defects;
- The Customer’s obligations under the contract for the sale of goods shall continue until the goods and the delivery costs have been paid in full;
- The Customer, who is a consumer, may return the goods purchased from the Online Store without giving any reason or incurring costs by submitting to the Seller a declaration of withdrawal from the contract of sale of goods in accordance with Article 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights. The Customer may exercise this right within 14 days of receiving the goods. Sending the declaration before the deadline is sufficient to meet it. In the event of withdrawal from the contract of sale of the goods in accordance with the procedure indicated in this paragraph, the Customer shall be obliged to return the goods to the Online Store, within 14 days from the date of submission of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract of sale of the Goods, in accordance with the procedure provided at the web address [__]. In the event of withdrawal from the contract of sale of the Goods, the contract of sale of the Goods shall be deemed not to have been concluded;
- If the Customer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract for the sale of goods after requesting the Seller to start providing services before the withdrawal period has expired, the Customer will be obliged to pay for the services provided until the withdrawal;
- The Seller shall reimburse the Customer for the goods returned by the Customer within 14 days from the date of delivery of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract of sale of goods to the Seller. The Seller may withhold reimbursement of payments received from the Customer until it has received the returned goods back or the Customer has provided proof of the returned goods;
- Withdrawal from a contract for the sale of goods may be made by completing the form for withdrawal from a contract for the sale of goods in accordance with the model attached to this information;
- The consumer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract in the cases specified in detail in Article 38(1) of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, inter alia with regard to contracts:
a. for the provision of services, where the entrepreneur has performed the service in full with the express consent of the consumer, who was informed prior to the provision of the service that after the performance by the entrepreneur will lose the right to withdraw from the contract;
b. in which the object of the performance is a non-refabricated item produced to the consumer’s specifications or serving to meet his/her individual needs;
c. in which the object of the performance is an item that is perishable or has a short shelf life;
d. in which the object of the performance is an item supplied in sealed packaging which, once opened, cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, if the packaging has been opened after delivery.
