When you choose fish from BioBazar, you are assured of receiving products from sustainable fisheries or farms that work to reduce their environmental impact. We rely heavily on local flavours, rooted in local traditions. We assemble the parcels just before delivery, so they are full of super fresh produce.
In the box you will find a trout carcass, fresh and smoked salmon, wonderful smoked catfish and catfish dumplings from the Mazovian farm of one of our Exhibitors, as well as Portuguese sardines, herring with onions and the legendary carp paprykarz from Jastrzębich Kątów.
When ordering a box, please write in the comments which day and time of delivery you prefer. We deliver boxes on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday between 11am and 6pm.
